Clear Tempered Glass is produced by high quality 10mm clear float glass,whick processed b y controlled thermal.Heating the temperature to the soften temperature of annealed glass(about 700℃），with a quickly cool down treatment,Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the inner surfaces into tension.Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass.

Hot air flows parallel to the glass surface and smooth flowing in between each piece of glass, and glass broken and should not be hindered. In the homogeneous processing of curved tempered glass, measures should be taken to prevent of lead due to the irregular shape of the glass unobstructed air circulation. Air imports and exports shall not be hampered due to the breakage of glass

tempered glass and heat strength glass:

When heat anneal glass to soften temperature 700℃，cool down rapidly called full tempered glass

When heat anneal glass to soften temperature 700℃，cool down slowly called heat strength glass.

The difference between tempered glass and heat strength glass

1.Tempered glass  is a kind of safety glass,the strength is 5 times than annealed glass.when broken,the fragments was not sharp.do less harm to human body

2.Heat strength glass is not safety glass,which strength is 2-3 times than annealed glass,when broken,the fragments sharp as annealed glass.

Toughened glass must cut to customized size,drill holes,edge polished  before tempering.Once tempering can not take any processing.The annealed glass must choose high quality.No scratch,bubbles and waveness
