Hot bend glass
hot bend glass is produced in a chemical way. It can be created to flexible shapes and designs, but the strength is not as good as tempered glass. Hot bend glass is mainly be used for furniture.
Curved tempered glass is commonly considered as the physical way produced, to heat the glass to high temperature at 700℃ then cooled rapidly. It can be curved shape, meanwhile with same strength of flat tempered glass, it about 5 times stronger than annealed glass. The disadvantage is the shape is simple curved, no wave shape or complex curved shape.
Curved laminated glass is made of two panes of toughened glass, the thickness can be 5+5, 6+6, 8+8, 10+10, it is usually be applied to glass windows, glss wall.
Curved insulated glass
Curved insulated glass take the advantage of insulated glass that heat insulation and sound resistance. Besides it offer elegance touch of buildings and give artist and designers more options of modern building design.
Curved printed glass
Printed glass can also be curved shape, same process to curved tempered glass, but with paint on one side of the glass. It is a new member of decorative glass family and become more and more popular.
