33.04mm tempered laminated glass is produced in the same way as 10mm+10mm tempered laminated glass. It’s always made by 3 pieces of 10mm tempered glass, inserted by 1.52mm PVB /SGP inter layers, after heating and high pressure, the three pieces of glass panels will be tightly glued together by the interlayer films. In fact, the composition of glass can be customized, for example, the thickness or type of per glass panel and the interlayers. Compared to 10mm+10mm tempered laminated glass, of course it has higher strength and can withstand heavier impacts.
Notice:
All processes such as drilling holes, polishing edge, rounding corners, cutouts, cutting notches, etc. must be finished before being tempered and then laminated.
