The technique of curve glass is placing a flat glass onto platform of tempered glass production line. There is a bending mold inside of the equipment. The mold could be concave or convex. Set a program to control the mold of dimensions, arc length, chord, radius, depth, height. Then heat the glass to softening point of 700 degree, the glass under its own gravity will follow the shape of the mold, then cool the glass to keep the curved shape.
When natural cooling we called hot bending glass,when cooling rapidly we called curved tempered glass
Appearence:hot bending glass appearence diversity and products design diversity,but bend tempered glass style is single,only suitable for the radius of 1500mm bend tempered glass
Security:Hot bending glass is not safety glass,bending tempered glass is safety glass.
Deep processing: Hot bending glass still can deep processing such as driling holes,clear cut,bending tempered glass can not any processing.especially drilling,it may cause glass self cracking
Althrough hot bending glass is not safety glass,but we can process it to safety glass,such as add a anti-explosion film on glass surface and processed as laminated glass.
