21.52mm low iron tempered laminated glass is a type of safety glass. It’s combined by two pieces of 10mm low iron tempered glass (ultra clear toughened glass) inserted by 1.52mm PVB interlayer. After heating and high pressure in the high-pressure autoclave, the two pieces of glass panels are tightly glued together by the PVB film. 21.52mm low iron tempered laminated glass also called 21.52mm ultra clear tempered laminated glass, ultra clear sandwich glass, 1010.4 low iron tempered laminated glass, 10mm+10mm ultra clear laminated safety glass, 10mm+10mm ultra clear ESG VSG, etc. It’s widely used in modern buildings, especially curtain wall, windows, doors, skylight, roof, etc..
Notice:
All processes such as drilling holes, polishing edge, rounding corners, cutouts, cutting notches, etc. must be finished before being tempered and then laminated.
