Pink Color Solar Control Reflective Coating Glass
6mm Pink reflective glass is a reflective coating glass which is essentially ordinary 6mm pink annealed glass coated with a metallic coating that cuts off solar heat. Meanwhile, this special metallic coating also provides a one-way mirror effect, preventing visibility from the outside and thus preserving privacy. Pink reflective coating glass is applied for processed glass production, such as: Pink Reflective Tempered Laminated Glass, Pink Reflective Tempered Insulated Glass, etc., they are primarily used for structural glass facade glazing.
There are two different methods to produce pink reflective glass:
1.production pyrolitica process (on-line coating/hard coating):
this method is relatively less harmful to the enviornment; have durable coating, not easy to be scratched; low production cost; suitable for large volume production once.
2. Vacuum process (off-line coating/ soft coating)
In this process, the coating is easy to be scratched, that why is also referred as soft coating. This glass can be produced in a small amount quantity; can get variety color, but high production cost. They mainly used for double glazing glass.
