10.76mm laminated temperedglass is made up of two layers of 5mm tempered glass permanently bound together with of 0.76mm PVB interlayer. 10.76 mm laminated tempered glass is safety glass, even if the glass broken by outside, the broken glass sheets will stick on the PVB film and won’t fall down, so that it can avoid harm  to humans, It’s popularly used for high-rise buildings.

Production Line

Shenzhen Sun Global Glass process by using high quality clear float glass without any bubbles and cracks.

Heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620°C and then rapidly cooled.

Laminating with PVB and processing must in non-dust room.

Glass stay in theautoclave for 8 hours to ensure no air bubble between glass and PVB film.
