17.52mm heat strengthened laminated glass is a kind of laminated glass made by sandwich one piece of 8mm heat strengthened glass and one piece of 8mm clear tempered glass. The inter-layer is with 1.52mm PVB film between each two pieces of glass.

The production procedure of Heat Strengthen Glass is customized product and similar to Tempered Glass.Semi-tempered glass is annealed glass through high temperature and quenching,make the surface layer less than 69 MPa compressive stress. Through this way, the mechanical strength of glass increased several times.Semi-tempered glass surface stress is around 24 ~ 69 Mpa.
Features of heat strengthened laminated glass:
1.Heat strengthened laminated glass is with 2 times strength than ordinary annealed glass.
2.Heat strengthened laminated glass has better flatness, and will not easy to blew than tempered laminated glass.
3.After Semi-tempered laminated glass damage, along the crack is radial cracking, generally no tangential crack propagation, so overall construction will not fall down after breakage.
