Toughened laminated glass 10mm+10mm also known as tempered laminated safety glass 21.14mm, is a kind of laminated glass, which is made of two layers of 10mm clear float glass after tempering process become into 10mm clear tempered glass sandwish together. The middle layer is mostly PVB film, after heating, high-pressure special process, the two layers of glass adhesion together is safety glass. With the process of lamination, the glass is super strong and high protective against breakage.
Middle layers for laminated glass:
1. EVA film: EVA laminated glass use as indoor decoration glass with rich design and colors, the adhesive of EVA laminated is not as strong as PVB laminated glass.
2. PVB film: PVB laminated glass use the most widely compared with other types of laminated glass. Because PVB laminated glass have very good function of adhesiveness and its price is not as high as SGP laminated glass.
3. SGP film: SGP film laminated glass called as hurricane resistance glass. The SGP glass have very strong adhesiveness and can be used the area which need strong bonding, or moisture environment.
Features:
1.Safety glass: toughened laminated glass 10mm+10mm break into small granular and bond by pvb film, will not fall down.
