21.52mm low iron tempered laminated glass is combined by two pieces of 10mm low iron tempered glass with stepped edges (extra clear toughened glass) inserted by 1.52mm clear PVB interlayer. After heating and high pressure in the high-pressure autoclave, the two pieces of glass panels are tightly glued together by the PVB film. It’s a type of safety glass, because the debris will still stick to the film and won’t fall off when the glass panel is broken.

Notice:

All processes such as polishing edge, stepped edge, drilling holes, rounding corners, cutouts, cutting notches, etc. must be finished before being tempered and then laminated.
