Put the film under the screen plate, then use the strong light again to exposed the photoresist on the screen plate, after finished, wash the film and block part of photoresist, then the patterns come out.
3. Oven: Oven makes us think about the baking. Correct, just put the glass into the oven to bake. After printing the patterns on the glass, the printing ink doesn’t dry quickly, if we take the glass at this time, will touch the printing ink and damage the patterns. After heat in the oven, the printing ink will dry and not easy to erase.
4. Tempering furnaces: Why need to put in Tempering furnaces? The screen printing has high temperature screen printing ink and low temperature screen printing ink. The high temperature screen printing ink must printing first, then go through the tempering furnaces. So that the printing ink blend together with glass surface and it’s impossible to erase the printing ink.
