12MM Digital Ceramic Printed Glass
Shenzhen Sun Global Glass CO., Limited is able to produce this specialty glass printing market with our digital printing equipment and knowledgeable staff. This process requires a digital file that is either supplied by the customer or created by Sun Global Glass using sophisticated image editing software.
Then the image isloaded into the large digital printer where it is printed on to the glass using various colors of ceramic ink. The ceramic ink is of the best quality, making it weatherproof, as well as scratch and UV resistant.
The ink is then cured thermally in the tempering oven. After curing, the ink bonds to the glass surface and becomes very hard and almost impossible to remove. Brilliant in color, the result is an attractive, high-resolution and durable product. Digital printing can be applied to glass to create various graphics on glass for almost unlimited applications.
