 The technique of curve glass is placing a flat glass onto platform of  tempered glass production line. There is a bending mold inside of  the equipment. The mold could be concave or convex. Set a  program to control the mold of dimensions, arc length, chord,  radius, depth, height. Then heat the glass to softening point of 700  degree, the glass under its own gravity will follow the shape of the  mold, then cool the glass to keep the curved shape. 

 The types of curve glass could be: curved tempered glass, bend  tempered laminated glass, bend insulated glass, screen printing  glass.

 Curved glass combines qualities and artistic freedom of glass products. For many modern designs of building, bent glass offers more concepts of applications, such as bend glass partition, glass facade, glass windows, shower enclosure, entrance gate...
